I live a lifestyle system developed over the years that keeps me in good health that anyone else might benefit from and I might earn a livelihood. It would certainly be selfish not to offer the benefits. Ostensibly we have a paradise on earth accessible through correct lifestyle, that is intended to prepare ones soul for the next level of ones evolutionary development. This alternative lifestyle is compared with the present ravaging of the earth and self-destructive tendencies of ourselves. Ultimately my self and surroundings development lifestyle delivers into heaven. My writings are based upon my lifestyle unique experiences and is informed by discussions with a variety of individuals and literature I have studied. Being a student of T'ai Chi Ch'uan has shaped my behaviour and my ideas, as has my HND in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering prior to my dropping our of a Computing and Artificial Intelligence degree. My lifestyle has assisted with enabling many new accomplishments including my very own social networking site and a Chef qualification that will allow me to establish my own vegan food eatery, a diet recommended in my lifestyle. University was a fertile ground allowing me to flower with new ideas and experiences that have created me to being the alternative thinking or New Age type of person I am today. My book recommends things to do and things not to do, and offers the rational behind the advice. My background, I don't believe is essential for the pursuit of my lifestyle while I would say there are surely memorable events from which to draw inspiration, and indeed are worthy of bringing into the present and future.
